I'm looking for places to go either later in the year or early 2011 which is the closest to the likes of Ibiza/Magaluf/Benidorm in terms of being busy and weather.
I've currently got on my short list:
Playa del Ingles; Gran Canaria
Tenerife
Lanzarote
Fuerteventura
However my mate said he went to Tenerife last year around November time and says it was quiet - although no idea what quiet means to him.
A mate of mine seems to think most people go to Lanzarote from over here if they're looking for clubs/bars and warm weather early/late on in the year but thought I'd post this to ask for your thoughts.

I too am trying to get info for late Sept - mid Oct where there's loads of on site daytime activities and evening entertainment as well as being a busy resort in either Fuerteventura, Tenerife or Lanzarotte for a change.
I've had one suggestion: Barcelo Fuerteventura but it's rather expensive for half board and according to the Thomson site they apparently only have one room left! TC are £200 more for the same holiday!
So would appreciate any other suggestions.
