Try Bridge Holmes International. They only deal with reputable developers - Taylor Woodrow, Polaris etc. They also have a property management and rental company that does very well for buy to let investors like me. Nice relaxed approach and bags of experience. sales@bridgeholmes.co.uk

Goulbourne estates are a small concern based near Bonanza square. http://www.goulbournassociates.com/index.asp. Haven't used them but I've read some favourable comments. Most estate agents are linked and will arrange viewings of properties on each others books. They then share the commission. VIVA estates (INVALID URL are very big but seem to offer a good service. Between the two websites you should find a good deal of the property available on the market.
