I just checked in for our flight to Florida, and to my surprise during the check in process it asked how many pieces of luggage and said 2 free checked bags per passenger, and I was able to select 2 each without charge.

I was under the impression that it was now down to one per passenger, so we were taking small cases as carry on, and out main luggage is also expandable (for a little shopping ). Now I've flung in a foldable holdall just in case I can get the extra allowance coming back. Has anyone travelled with them recently and got the 2nd bag on a transatlantic leg?
