Hi Lou ... refunds are not given, credit notes would only be considered in the event of a very close family bereavement. You may perhaps be able to change the travel dates for that passenger to some future date, subject to various fees and charges, if that was of any use to you. Presumably the circumstances of this cancellation are not covered under your travel insurance policy ??

Hi bobbiesgirl ... I have seen 0800 numbers published on various websites, but I'm not aware of any that actually work. Answers to most questions should be found on their website, so Easyjet say. If you do still need to contact them but can't get through on the phone, are you aware that you can contact them via the website ... click here.

Thanks Scouse mags. I had a great deal with them for flights over the Easter period this year. Don't think I'll be as lucky next year as the Easter school hols are more structured than last year

My mother is flying out to Alicante from manchester on 29th Sept, on the FIRST flight on this route by Easy-jet.
I've search high and low to find out which terminal this flight will be leaving from and can't seem to find any details!
Can anybody help?

Can anyone let me know what the flights like with easyjet? is it true about the free forall getting your seats? Me and my daughter are hoping to fly to Cyprus 25/04/09 and are finding it hard to find flights for this date so far. I have never considered using EasyJet because of the bunfight getting your seats etc - can anyone let me know if it is as bad as rumoured or am I just worrying over nothing?

Does that mean that all their flights will leave from terminal 3? With it being a new route etc I have nothing to refer to such as flight arrivals and so on! Don't want Mummy dearest going to the wrong terminal!! lol

I found myself in the same situation as yours, I have a return ticket from Bristol to Lisbon on December and January. I tried to call Easyjet but they never answer me and when I emailed then they answered me saying that they didn't know anything. If you find anything worth knowing plz let me know at XXXXXXXXX

We've flown loads of times with Easyjet, and have never had problems. It's true that you aren't allocated seats, so its 1st come 1st served. We always check in as soon as it opens, and so far - no probs

I contacted Easyjet via their website, there was a link on there to contact them. I had a reply within 24 hours and they have now refunded my money on my credit card. I suggest you do the same as soon as possible. Just ask them for a refund and rebook with BA (although you will have to fly from Heathrow, no other airline flies to Lisbon from Bristol).

Just to let you all know the outcome from my 'disrupted' flight. I did email them then spent a good while on the phone. I did manage to get through to them in the end. The lady on the phone said not to worry they would refund me. I then got an email from them confirming this. I ended up booking the return flight with Ryanair.....better flight time and cheaper :tup

But you do realise you've booked with Ryanair and unless you've paid a premium price then you won't get the added bonus of stairs onto the aircraft you'll have to just jump really high :cheers
