Hi Lou ... refunds are not given, credit notes would only be considered in the event of a very close family bereavement. You may perhaps be able to change the travel dates for that passenger to some future date, subject to various fees and charges, if that was of any use to you. Presumably the circumstances of this cancellation are not covered under your travel insurance policy ??
