A bit of an obsure question I know, but does anyone know if seats in row 1 are classed as emergency exit seats on Cyprus Airways' Airbus A330?

They weren't shown as emergency exit seats (they look as though they have a small wall in front of them) so we've booked them, but I'm just a bit worried that I'll be refused to sit in them 'cos I'll be 6 months pregnant when we fly!
