Thanks for that - looks pretty good. Skyscanner is a useful tool, I've got a mate who worked on the backend database for a while so feel obliged to use it 
. Past couple of years we have used Kuala Lumpur as our gateway to Thailand and this has been cheaper than using Bangkok as the hub (we only have a few weeks notice of when holiday can be taken so can't pick up any of the advance deals).
