Hubs and I stayed at this hotel in June last year.Everything is top class. Are you staying half board? because just a word of warning. You are not allowed to carry your own plate.I`ll explain---------------
In the centre of the restaurant is a huge table with all sorts of hors d`oevres starters or whatever you want to call them laid out and you just help yourself but as soon as you turn to go to your allocated table the head waiter dashes over takes your plate off you with a flourish and escorts you to your table. He can be at the other side of the room and suddenly there he is eyes in the back of his head.
Also you cannot pour your own wine the staff do that as well. It`s hilarious.
Outside pool great with lovely sun terraces and free sunbeds.Didn`t try inside thermal pool or beauty therapies so can`t comment but everything looked ok.
Bedrooms very comfortable and nice bathroom.
Only 5mins to desingner shops and main street down to Ischia Port.
Absolutely beautiful island.See Ischia topic lower down forum.
Anyway hope this has helped.Let me know if I can help further.
We stayed in Continental Mare which was great, but it took us 20 minutes to walk into town each evening. 5 minutes would be much better!

See for more info on Ischia.
Thanks Holidaylover. It looks like we've made the right choice. The Continental Mare was the other choice, but if you can't spoil yourself on honeymoon, then when?

Just a thought.I notice from other posts that you love Sorrento. If you haven`t booked yet you might like to do what we did and do Sorrento and Ischia as a twin centre.Best of both worlds.
Believe me, we've looked at all the options. :)
We are getting wed in the cloisters in Sorrento and have booked the Bellevue Syrene there for the first week.

Monarch are now doing cheap scheduled flights daily from Manchester, so that has helped us piece the whole thing together nicely along with a wedding coordinator in Sorrento.

(As you'll have gathered, we're quite taken with the Bay of Naples!)

Thanks again
Oh Daz.It all sounds lovely. What a perfect setting the cloisters is.Have a wonderful time.
Thanks a lot.

Ciao for now.
