Parque Santiago 3-4 or 5 are ideal. Good quality, near to shops and nightlife. Beaches within easy reach. Can either walk into Playa or Los Cristianos easily.

I agree Parque Santiago would be ideal for your parents Spadge but Parque Santiago 4 would be best as it's very secure . Parque Santiago 3 is very open and anyone can walk through the complex.We stayed in 4 last April ,we booked it privately with holiday lettings as it was cheaper than with a travel company.Me & hubby are 64 & 59 and we found it ideal, for shops , restaurants, bars and the nice flat prom out the back of the complex which takes you to Los Christianos.
