Hi mikeelvis, sorry to hear about this.

Can you either email your concerns and claim to customerrelations@travelrepublic.co.uk, or post to Travelrepublic, 147 London Road, Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey, KT2 6NH.

The accommodation provider may well want sight of any receipts, phone bills, but if you email exactly what happened to the address above, then follow up when the phone bill comes in. We can at least start investigating what happened. If you wait for phone bill, it will only delay things.
