It depends on whether your driver sticks to the speed limits or not. Usually just over an hour.

We booked a private transfer with http://www.turunctransfer.com and were collected at Dalaman. From there to our accomodation in Armutulan it took 1 and a half hours. We were happy with that as the driver was very careful and didnt speed.

Have just returned cost us £74 return for three people and took about 1hr 15 mins

Just make sure you don't get one of these transfer companies who insist on stopping at the little cafe on the way. Some of them have a deal with the cafe owner to stop and bring in business and they stop even if everyone on the coach says 'no'. This takes the transfer time to just short of 3 hours! Not good after a 4 hour flight.

Marmaris to Dalaman is about 90 kilometers and the road is not highway. With taxi it should about an hour and a half depending the speed

Well if you have a tight budget , you can just catch a shuttle bus from the airport to marmaris , it will coast you like 6£ or 7 £ to come to Marmaris Bus Station and then get a taxi to your hotel , you can do the same thing for the return aswell .
