Sorry I can't help with the taxi costs but have you considered a boat. When we stayed in Kassiopi there were boats leaving from the harbour to Corfu town on a regular basis. We went over to the town for a meal and a couple of drinks one evening and got a boat back.

I'm sorry I can't be of further help as we stayed in Kassiopi and not Sidari. NOt sure if they ran all night - I don't think so. We had a meal, a few drinks and must have come back around 10.30
