Dear Members,
I will visit Playa D'en Bossa between 25-29 May with my wife. My previous visit was in July, so the weather was very good...
But this time we have concerns about sunbathin' and swimming (in the sea).
Does anybody know about wheather the sea-water is hot enough or not for swimming at the end of may ?
And a more specific question is:
The wind... Is it stronger in San Antonio or Playa D'en Bossa ?
Thanks in advance....
Hump...
we have visited ibiza 2003 2004 2004 and2006 x2.and you need to have no concerns about the weather, its always almost to hot for me.as you can see we have been at the end of may for the last 3 years for 2 weeks, and we had 1 slightly dull day last year and 1 the year before, but this sometimes comes as a relief. we have booked for a 4 day break 4 adults no kids on the first of june and i cant wait,i know that it will be hot every day, even if cloudy its hot.go enjoy dont worry you will have a fantastic time. best wishes
mo ps.swimming in the sea is fine

we too are going to Ibiza at the end of May, 27th I think!
We've been at the begining of May twice and even then it's been very hot. Only 2 days of rain out of a fortnight!
We swam in the sea no problem!
I don't know about the wind but the sea is usually quite calm in Playa D'en Bossa so I'm guessing theres not much wind!
The thing with Ibiza is even if it only reaches 20 degrees in the day it usually doesn't drop bellow 16 for the night so it's always great for a walk or drinking outside!

We stayed in San Antonio bay at the end of May. We got a few windy days, but the day we visited Playa d'en Bossa it was windier. Suppose your gonna get windy days wherever you go, regardless it not a cold wind and you thankful of it, a bit respite from the blazing sun.
Also not a problem with the sea, it's lovely.
Enjoy.
