I had my honeymoon with james villas in 2013. The villa was falsely advertised as 'car advised' when in fact it should have been 'car essential' and even the rep who visited us agreed you could not get anywhere without a car due to the steep hills surrounding the villa. I lodged a formal complaint which was declined as they told me they stood by their advert. I have since found out that last year they have changed the advert to car essential and it is still listed as such on their website. they have clearly reviewed it and changed (therefore agreeing with us!)
Would it be worth asking for our complaint to be reconsidered?
