No the Marina Hotel Group have not gone into liquidation, they have sold 5 of the hotels to Rosu Hotels.

Hotel Rey Don jaime
Hotel Corfu/Skorpios
Hotel Panorama I & II

Please do not worry about your July booking in the Delfin Verde as this is not affected by the change of ownerships for the other hotels. The Marina group is fine.
