Hi Deb .... I believe one of the reasons that reviews may be few and far between is that Mariscal 1 is a residential property, rather than a holiday complex.

Any reviews which are available for such properties may be helpful with regard to public areas, shared facilities and the local environment. But they can sometimes be less reliable with regard to facilities at individual apartments, as the standards of furnishings, decor and equipment in one privately owned apartment may bear no comparison to standards in a neighbouring apartment which could have a different owner or agent.

But hopefully someone who has stayed at Mariscal 1 recently will be able to give some feedback.
