We live in Mariscal 111 and we really like our apartment, it is on Juan fuster Zaragoza behind hotel pelicanos, so it's quite quiet but only a ten minute walk from the centre, also less than ten minutes to the beach. Having said that, never seen inside the rental apartments but the block is kept very clean. Hope this helps

You mentioned that you live in the Marsical, could you please let me jnow if you hear of any apartments for long-term rent. My friend and i are looking to come to Benidorm around April and are looking for accommodation for around 6 months until we can find somewhere to liver permanently.

There is a good agent below us (same block) The guy who runs it is Ramond, he is very helpful and has a lot of apartments for rent (in different places), but as with all agents for a long term rental you need to pay one month agents fee and one month deposit, but he is very helpful and speaks good english and if you have any problems with anything, he takes care of it quickly. Please avoid Visual homes for renting !!! if you want any more help or advise just ask Good luck

Hi lacostaduo,do you know if they have a 2 bed apt for rent and also what facilities they might have.I have stayed next door to you at the Gemelos xxii,and i liked the fact that they did not look overcrowded at the pool.Still it was September when we were there so it may be different in August.
Speaking of the apt we were in,there was no basic facilities like aircon,microwave,toaster,kettle etc,but these would be a godsend.

Aagain, thank you very much for your help and the warning about Vision, it is so difficult to try and get everything sorted out that it would have been so easy to get in with the wrong letting agencies.

Hi Pat mariscal 111 do have two bedroom apartments, I have not seen inside them but I think they might be on the small side, one of the reasons we like ours (one bedroom) is that it has quite a good sized utility room, the two bedroom ones I believe are at each end of the building and look small but all the apatments have a huge balcony and alot of them (like ours) are glassed in so the're almost like another room.
You're right the pool never seems to get too busy, nor the carpark as quite a few of the apartments are owned by Spanish who only use them as holiday homes for themselves. I couldn't tell you about the facilities rentals have as I've not seen inside them, but like I said the block is kept very clean and the porter is a gem I think there is a contact for holiday lets above on this thread. hope this helps.

I booked with Costablanca. holidays. last year and we had no problembs with them. We have just booked again with them for the Mariscal 3 for a month from 5th April.
We have been told the apartments have washing machine and satilite t.v. hope this is right. The ones we stayed in last year did have but that was the Rincon Real.
All we need now is for the weather to be nice

Hi has anyone stayed at the Mariscal 3 apartments. We are going out there on 5th April for 4 weeks, We have been to Benidorm many times and I love it, we chose thease apartments as they have a washing machine much easier when going for a month.
I cant wait to get away from this awful weather
