A few years ago we went to the hotel Ca'lan Bosch. It was OKish (about 3 star I think) but there is only a small marina close by.
I don't know an awful lot about Menorca but the places we did visit were all really quiet. We were bored stiff after our 2 weeks so unless you know of a lively resort there, I wouldn't have thought it would be the best place for a teenager.
Lets hope I'm wrong if that's where your set on going.

I haven't been to Menorca for 14yrs, so I'm sure it's changed a little since then. Stayed in Cala Blanca if I remember rightly.

I'm trying to come up with an alternative to the mainland, Majorca and Ibiza, but still trying to keep the flight time minimal.

My kids (although ones a teenager now), always ask to go all-inclusive as they appreciate the independence it gives them
