Just spoken to Horizon who say my electricity is sorted. I left them the Habitabilidad Certificate and the Electricity Bulletin I got from Gomaspers and a photocpy of my passport.
The notice from Gomasper about the electricity said Horizon would also need my NIE and a copy of the deeds???? but this doesnt seem to be the case???
PS can you send me a copy of the completed Proxy form.
