Yes I am afraid it is closing down by October. Some hotels/ apartments had very short season last year. Opting to open as late as end of July.Even in high season the area near Sun Palace is quiet. Some restaurants, shops etc closed down 2 years ago.Because of A / I hotels the local econony has suffered. Hotel guests dont spend money @ tavernas , shops etc. Even Taxis drivers suffer because a lot of people just stay at the hotel & never venture outside..

Thanks for your reply, its sad to here about the business's closing down but as you have said the economy being the way it is at the moment and the euro not helping matters. Might have a rethink on where to go.
