Hi my parents are off to the maldives this Jan for 2 weeks. They usually go to Goa, but decided on somewhere a bit different, because this is the first holiday they will have had on their own.

Theyre staying at the Maayafushi Resort, its a 3star, but looks lovely in the brochure.

Theyve tried changing islands, because they want a swimming pool. seems a bit stupid to me as the ocean is practically on their doorstep

Just wondering what the weathers like in Jan, how muh rainfall is there as it says in the brochure there will be some rainfall.
