Pegeia is a lovely little village with some fantastic views of the sea depending on whereabouts in Pegeia the villa is situated.

You will need to have a car if you are staying in Pegeia as the bus doesn't run from there (unless this has changed recently). It is appx. 5 min drive down from Pegeia to Coral Bay beach.

If you are going to Pegeia/Peyia, make sure you have a meal at the Peyia Tavern.

There is a lot of building work going on in Pegeia but it is still a lovely village.

That's my opinion anyway.

I think "little" is stretching the imagination just a tad.

Having said that, if it were not for the prices in the area we might have given it a try at some stage.

The centre is little - I was talking about Peyia itself the village centre.

But yes, you are right it is stretching further and further even as we speak but then so are most places.
