I was wondering if anyone could help. I'm thinking of booking a March trip to Egypt. For a first visit, is it best to cruise or stay on land & do excursions from there? I know someone who's been to Sharm el Sheikh & really recommends, but obviously that's quite far from pyramids etc. Was thinking of maybe a week seeing Cairo, Luxor etc then a week in Sharm to relax?

Any ideas?
