Hi tracy, unfortunatley this is a sunbed problem hotel due to the amount of Germans staying there (sorry but its true!)
We went in the May/June whit hols a few years ago and found this to be rather annoying, also I imagine this will probably be worse now due to the hotel being all inclusive now and so less people leave for the day and also they made another kids pool on what was a green with sunbeds on too.
That doesn't mean the hotel is bad though, there are lots of things for kids in the grounds like the two waterslides, there were also mini dodgem cars and a horse carousel along with a bouncy castle but these might be no good for your 13 year old now?
The waterpark is very close just turn right when you exit the front of the hotel and walk a few mins then up a hill or get the mini train.
I know of some people who book into the Esperos hotel next door (HB)also owned by the same group and connected via a mini bridge and then use both facilities.
The animation team was brilliant when we visited but I know some will have left now and gone somewhere else, but I still hear its good.

I now have to look for somewhere else but to be honest I think it will be hard finding somewhere as good.

, they also have rooms for two adults and 1 kid, 2 adults 2 kids and even 2 adults and 3 kids (but none of the travel agents have bought the five bedded rooms yet)
Maybe the travel agent you were looking at didnt have any of these rooms but I know First choice do and I think Portland do too.

I've booked this hotel for next year but starting to worry now as my son will be 14, so classed as an adult. Which means there will be 3 adults and 1 child. We have booked with First Choice.
Hi delly you have no need to worry they are threee bedded rooms four bedded rooms and five bedded rooms.
As long as you told FC when you booked of your childs age there will be no problems.

Dont know why JMC cant do these rooms as the room we were in this year was a twin bedded room with an extra single bed and we had plenty of room. Hi cazzi just so you know FC normally have two charter flights to Rhodes on wednesday and saturday (I think) I know when we went out we went at around 7 oclock am. I know there is a price difference now with the flights but if you leave it to later you will probably get the morn flight and same holiday for less. We always book our hols last minute now on First Choice, the Esperides is always available even 6 weeks before your preferred date for a fraction of the brochure price. The only reason we havent returned is that as a family of five we are charged for two rooms and four adults one child so even last minute they want around 3000 for five of us, there are five bedded rooms now but the tour ops havent bought them yet so Im waiting.We now pay around 1200-1400 for two weeks in four star accom in halkidiki instead self catering last minute deal.
It would be a lot cheaper for a family of three or four though as a last minute deal to Esperides as the tour ops have these rooms.

Sorry forgot that portland dont do it know because they passed it over to Thomsons main brochure instead. You will probably find it more expensive in there too.
Hi all,have done report on this hotel,came back last wednesday.Had a great time and would go back tomorrow.Only one draw back no tonic available for my gin !!!!!!Never before has this happened in an A.I. hotel.Crafty bar man said available to purchase under the bar 4euros !!!!
Bought some at the shop and kept it in the fridge.

yes got back yesterday and am so sad this hotel just like all the great stuff i have read clean lovely hotel with great staff and food but as always i have to save the besta for last(if you not been you have no idea what i am going on about now)
johnny and the team was fantastico the best animators team i have seen and johnny is a big bright shining star this man need to be on the telly and i am starting a campaign to get this done we all have to write to the tv company's to get him on the tv even if just big brother to start with(never watched it but would if he was on )
if anyone videoed the fire show and the muiscal show please please please could you upload it or pm me and make some sort of deal as i had cam problems these days

Yeah its all the same the hotel is actually in the provence of kalithea just outside faliraki, but as its less known most of the brochures put faliraki.
ya think its kinda in the middle of them both so it gets tagged with both
