Apparently you can buy tickets whilst there but they have a website for more info http://www.classicrocktours.co.uk/index_rr08.htm

You can buy there from Socrates bar in Lindos and Peter/Christos at Mercedes Bar in Stegna are hoping to be able to sell them as well.

I would just point out that you pay the same price in Euros if you buy there as they are advertised in pounds on the website (although with the current £ to € exchange rate that isn't much of a saving).
