Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have expanded their product range from Leeds Bradford Airport for summer 2019, with a 6% increase in capacity.

A new summer route to Krakow has been added and there are more flights and holidays to destinations in Spain, Portugal, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Turkey and Greece.

In total, Jet2 has put1.8 million seats on sale out of the Yorkshire airport for summer 2019, to 49 destinations.

An additional Boeing 737-800 aircraft has been added to the fleet, bringing the total number of aircraft out of Leeds Bradford to 16.

Jet2 says it will make more announcements soon on more routes out of the airport.

CEO Steve Heapy said: "We are putting our biggest ever summer programme on sale from Leeds Bradford Airport, with 1.8 million seats going on sale for summer 19 and a new summer route to Krakow.
