Me and my family recently booked a holiday to the same hotel in Turkey with love holidays. We were all looking forward to this and it has now turned into a nightmare. A week ago myself and my brother were told that they could no longer provide us rooms in the accommodation we had booked. My wife kids and myself have now been moved into another hotel. My brother and his partener into a second and my Farther Step Mother and two nieces into a third. You may now understand the problem. We now have three completely separate holidays in deprecate all inclusive hotels, we may as well be in different country's. We have been onto Love Holidays a number of times every day for the last week and they seem unwilling or unable to do anything about it. They have said they are willing to refund the hotel but are unable to re fund flights. So we can go and camp on the beach lol. Has anyone any advise please Dave Smith
