I often use Skyscanner to search for fares as it looks at most low-cost and charter airlines and gives you a list of options.

If you just list the month and don't specify a date it will show you on a chart which days are cheapest - once you've chosen it will take you to the airline's website to book with them.

I too would suggest BA......that way you can go for pretty much whatever duration you like, and if you book early enough you get some really good prices.
