I would kick Thomsons et al into touch,as an industry they seem unable to meet your needs, which lets face it are NOT unreasonable.
I really would consider DIY.decide where you want to go and do the research via HT forums, plenty of advice will be forthcoming.That way you will get what you need,probably of a higher standard and you will save money.
Dont hesitate to ask if you need help

i have to say this is an all inclusive holiday which if you look around not many places do rooms big enough, i think it`s because of the child ages, being classed as adult over the age of 12. i would like to say we went to egypt for a week in june with travel counsellors which was all inclusive, we were only charged £25 for a bigger room with 2 bedrooms and my 13 year old son was still classed as a child. the flights were £600 and the accomadation was £360 we could of had a bargain if we had gone for 2 weeks. if this holiday to tunisia had not been booked last year we would have booked through TC again but i have learnt a valuable lesson and i will never book early and i will never go through a travel agent again especially thomson sorry that`s 2 lessons

Hi Shazza I have heard excellent reports about travel councellors, in fact according to our local paper they won an award and apparentley they are based in Bolton near to where i live,are they web based or do your have to telephone them? Cheers jayjan

and now to top it all i foned thomson on wednesday to see where my tickets have got to only to be told they are waiting to be collected!!!!!!!!!! when i asked why i hadn`t been contacted about this i got `blank ` so it`s now gonna cost me 4 quid busfare to go and get my bloody tickets for a booked holiday that has been a nightmare from day1, go 1 week sunday so only the holiday is better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
