Attikin, the "Bellevue area" is essentially the road Avenida Pedro Mas y Reus and roads off. Sol Alcudia more or less abuts this road, Sea Club is a little bit away (but only about 200 metres to the main reception). So, yes, they are both in this area.

There's a lot in the hotel reviews section on this site about both. One thing I'd say about Sol Alcudia Center is - depending on where the room is - you could get noise from folk turning out of Bells disco at five or six of a morning. Personally I'd recommend Sea Club. I've heard some negatives about the Sol evening ents.

Either choice and you are close to some good entertainment for kids such as Cheers and Peach Pit, two of the most popular places in the whole of Alcudia.
