Umm!!! chicken chilly fry!!! prawn stuffed capsicum, tamdoori red snapper, xacuti.......... lobster .... potato cakes stuffed with spicy beef.......... everything!!!

Having not been yet and tasted these delights myself, 2 questions ~ What are Xacuti and Sorpatel?
Xacutti is one of my favourite Goan dishes and I promise to post a couple of recipe's Sorpatel I would give a miss
I agree, my husband loves sorpatel though but xacutti for me!

its like a pigs liver curry!!! they consider it a real delicacy sorpatel (I dont like it!!)

Sorpatel is Pigs liver and also Belly Pork, I suppose you could leave out the Liver if you don't like it. The pieces are cut up quite small.
Off course there's the Pork Vindhaloo which is the authentic thing.
The recipe' I have also includes fresh pigs blood
. I'm sure I posted my favourite xacutti recipe on here somewhere
Just checked the recipe' book it says its optional
not an option with me
