Scuba Diving in Kefalonia

Hi,

I am off to Skala, Kefelonia in just over 2 weeks. I have heard there is some nice diving?

Can anyone recommend a dive centre to arrange diving through? I have heard there are a couple in Skala?
I would also be interested in finding out costs of diving and also hire of BC/regs etc

Also, does anyone know what the sea temperature will be in Greece in May? Will I need a full length wetsuit, or can I get away with a shortie? The shortie is so much easier/lighter to pack!

We went diving with the company that's based in Agia Efimia when we were staying there, I can't remember the name of them though, sorry.

Hi Ponytales....

While looking around i found This Dive company has two centres..

One in Agia Efimia and the second in "Kataditiko" (Skala) is that Greek for Skala or maybe they are just very near Skala... i don't know the island but, i have loads of dive centre links.. :lol:

There is a diving centre in Skala. It's next to the old village restaurant and below the casa d' ionio studios on the main street.
I don't know the name of the centre off hand but i will try and find some details for you.
