Hi people. Thinking of visiting Bulgaria, so I was just wanting to ask a couple of things. Is there anywhere in Bulgaria where you can see, or even better, swim with dolphins?
Is it nice and hot? If we decide to go, would anyone recommend that we choose either Sunny Beach or Golden Sands; or are there any other equally recommended places just as good?
Lastly (for now!), how cheap is it over there...food, drink, souveneirs, clothes etc.?
Thanx in advance.
Suggest you read the stickies at the top of the forum and then if you haven't found the answers there come back with specific questions.

there is a dolphin show in Varna but members here have not been too happy with what they saw re the cramped conditions they live in.
When were you thinking on going?

Some visitors to Sunny Beach have, reportedly, seen dolphins while on cruises/boat trips but there have been no reports, as far as I recall, of anyone swimming with dolphins.
Unfortunately 25 were washed up dead at various points on the Bulgarian coast in April 2006, while 11 suffered a similar fate on the Romanian coast earlier in the same month.

Whilst having a meal in Golden Sands my family saw Dolphins in the distance, but have never saw anyone offering trip to see/swim with them.
