Went to tunisia in 2004 thought it was a fantastic place stayed at the occidental riviera and was very impressed. This hotel was very German from what i remember but did have what you are looking for. I also wrote a review at the time and would be happy to help you with anything you you need any help with the people area money etc.

Have only been to one hotel in Tunisia and that was the Houda Golf & Beach Resort in Skanes.

Very family oriented, animation team are fantastic (keep in touch with a couple), staff very friendly (can't do enough for you), and slides at front of hotel (just inside hotel drive). I would definitely say it is worth checking out!

Stayed there in April this year and also re-visited in August.

this complex is really fantastic , loads to do , kids well looked after with their own play ground including bouncy castles and inflatable slides and own swimming pool ( all free ) . childrens entertainers were fantastic , cant praise them enough .all on one level no lifting of buggys or waiting for lifts ,
