THanks for that it helped a lot will be phoning globespan to make sure i get a room with a balcony not one of the cells as one review said.

teleline was an old and disapeared ISP company so it was easy to imagine that it was an old one

I will email them as i phoned globespan and they wanted to charge £18.57 a night each for the both of us i declined there offer .
So will be doing what you suggested luci.
