We have friends staying there at the moment just done 2 weeks and have 1 to go, they have really enjoyed it and have no complaints.
They are booking again next year. Good location as well. Hope this helps !!

Stayed there a couple of years ago. Good location but some of the rooms not so good.

Main problem the dogs howling all night from an adjoining property.

I know dogs howling at night is an issue in Goa but this really was the worse we have experienced.

Upside friendly and helpful staff.

I have to agree with Papa, stayed there also not one of the better place's. Location not to bad, but as papa said it's up to you.
