has anyone stayed at the Splash Aqua Village Corfu with First Choice?

if so please can you answer a few of my questions, truthfully. as i have found the reviews very mixed!!!

1) what exactly is the accommodation like ? as the brochure says hotel rooms but the reviews show apartments with cooking facilities and say not very clean etc...

2) what is the quality and choice of food ? as the reviews are very very mixed more bad than good!!

3) How far from the hotel/apartment is the aqua Splash and on all inclusive do you have to pay a daily entrance fee?

4) reviews say that the location is very rural, nothing within the vicinity, therefore , stir-crazy at the end of 2 weeks people !!!
