runcornsue,
Flight logs are showing the above aircraft, however these are sometimes changed to larger aircraft in the school hols, as seems to be the case here. It's likely to be the Boeing 767-300/ER.
Darren
We have been moved from Thomson Airways onto Thomas Cook Airways flying to Sharm on Saturday the 3rd of September (TCX 2562) can you please advise where the plane comes in from prior to our flight.
The aircraft should operate the flight with the callsign MT86VS before MAN-SSH-MAN (TCX2562/3), which I think is Alicante (TCX2312/3) or Faro (TCX2218/9).

Please forgive me if this has already been covered but I just want to double check. Are all the A330's getting converted to 29" seat pitch. I only ask as I fly MAN-CUN in Jan and I'm 6ft4, I struggle on a flight to Spain Nevermind a 9 hour + flight. Thanks in advance
From November, as I understand it, yes. All the details are on our What Aircraft? guide.
Darren
flights out and in are TCX352 353

If you've pre-allocated seats, they are yours for the flight. The diagram that comes with ticket booklets no longer applies as there's no premium cabin anymore.
Darren
THANKS
I'm going to cancun in the morning from gatwick on flight TCX242.
Can you let me know what plane we will be on if possible? I don't suppose it will be the A330 with the on demand in flight entertainment?
Thanks in advance for your help
Jonny
G-TCXA is configured for and operating short haul so no, it won't be the one with on-demand IFE. It'll be G-OMYT or G-MDBD. Have a great holiday

Darren
Thank you Darren.

Can anyone tell me where the medical seats are situated please on the long haul A330 from Manchester to Holguin flying on 12th October this year. I have already paid for seating together because my son has insulin dependent diabetes, but I was informed on another forum because he has a medical condition we shouldn't have to pay for seating together and should be in the medical seats and to phone the pre flight service? I was aware of the medical seats on aircraft but I thought they were there for people who are not able bodied. Can someone give me some more info please before I pay again for Your Seat Your Choice when the flight opens in a couple of weeks. Thanks.
I would do as suggested and contact the airline. email tchdpretraveladmin@thomascook.com or phone 0844 855 0515
Thank you Sunaddict!
Can anyone tell me what the seating plan/aircraft type is on a flight from Birmingham to Dalaman (TCX4582). I would like to prebook seats so was wondering if any seats are better/worse than others!!!
Welcome onboard

BHX-DLM-BHX (TCX4582/3) are operated by a Boeing 757-200. You'll find extensive aircraft information including seat plans linked from our What Aircraft? guide (link below). Seating is personaly preference. They all offer the same basic facilities so it's whatever you prefer really, there isn't a best or worst seat. The exception is extra legroom seating that have more room. You may want to avoid rows near to the toilets to avoid disturbance and people queing.
Darren
