TCX414 MAN-SFB was due to depart at 11.15. Now coming up as 14.30. Does anyone know what the problem is please?

It seems the people going back to MAN just had an extra 4h of all-Inc!
I just wanted to mention that despite having premium on return, we certainly didn't have it on the way out!
The width of the seats on the A330-200 is a joke! Especially the last row of three before it goes to two. The window seat didn't even have an armest. A normal sized adult would not be able to comfortably sit in this seat for any length of time. I tried, I was sitting at an almost 45deg angle as my shoulder was up against the cabin side. Luckily our two year old fitted fine. Had we been three adults there would have been a problem! As it was, mu wife was quite upset to have me next to her instead of our son in the middle! So glad we have Prem on the way home!!

Hi Darren, we are flying from Manchester TCX2538 to Antalya on the 10th Sept, have pre booked seats 8H 8G and 9H 9G please could you tell me if both these rows have windows.

I'm pressuming your on a 767-300. I was on this a/c going to Corfu over a week ago. G/H are seats alone, and i'm 99% sure 9/8 will have windows. Think only row 11 doesn't as that has three seats infront of the 2L/2R doors in the middle. There perfect. I'm 6"6 and was also very comfortable with the seat pitch aboard there 767's.

Hi - flying Gatwick to Sanford late Aug, Flt time is 12pm. We are travelling down the night before and staying in a hotel prior to flying. Although we have bought Priority Check In, what is the earliest we can check in, is it on the day only, and if so what is the earliest time. Or can we check-in the evening before and get rid of our bags etc?

Canadian Affairs aren't using TCX and it was only through the summer anyway. Canadian Affairs are now using Air Transat and will have a couple of former TCX A332's joining their fleet in November.

Check-in opens 4 hours before your departure with 3 hours being the recommended check-in time for long haul. There's not a lot of point checking-in prior to this unless you like watching the aircraft and shopping! They no longer offer day before check-in from Gatwick. Even if they did, you wouldn't be able to collect your boarding cards until the day of the flight due to security restrictions when flying to America.

Sorry for the late reply, I've been on a long weekend break. It is indeed a 76W as Nick 1992 mentions. Those rows are in the front cabin and have a window. It's the row a couple further back that doesn't.

We have been trying book seats with extra legroom with Thomas cook but when i rang today they wouldnt let me as we are travelling with our baby. I know that we cannot book exit row seats with a baby but what about the ex-premium economy seats, does anyone know if we could book them?

TCX extra leg room tend to be on all a/c on the exit rows. This means that you have to be 16 years + to be sat on them as you have to be prepared to open them.
I think TCX and TOM for that matter are really missing out on a money maker. Could increase to 33/34" at the front of the a/c and sell as extra legroom just like Jet2. My opinion really.

I assume you're flying on a long haul flight? You can't pre-book the seats upfront beforehand and if you're travelling to Sanford on the Airbus A330-300, there aren't any 'premium' seats onboard. Details are here. You'll find extensive aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below).

Is it the TCX414/5 you're on? If so, it's an Airbus A330-200 operating your flight. You can book extra legroom seating in the forward cabin for your return flight from 90 days before your departure date, but not the outbound. If you enquire with TCX about these for your return flight, there's a good chance you'll get them allocated for the outbound as well.

I have tried to book those seats online but it won't let me,perhaps cause we have out little one with us?
