I've used A2B the last few times when flying into Tunis, including my recent trip, and found them excellent. I've just had a look at Transfers4U and they do seem a bit cheaper though it appears they only go to certain hotels (including the Royal Salem), whereas A2B will go anywhere, including your apartment from what I've heard, if you are lucky enough to have one.
