I've never used those bags, but can vouch for the Kodak throwaway underwater cameras. They take brilliant pics
If you are only going snorkelling, I would also use a throwaway Kodak camera.
Whilst these sites advertise stuff is ok up to 20m, 20m is actually quite deep, in fact it is deeper than the qualification depth for an open water diver and there is just no way you would actually be going that deep...so my intitial thought would be a waste of £.
If I was intending to take a proper digital camera below 3m, I would actually get the full blown housing for it..which is even more expensive.
I will have a proper look and get back to you on this one....

Thank you I wouldnt be snorkelling that deep anyway, it would mainly be on the surface and a little bit under if I was feeling brave-only reason I thought it might be good is because at least that way I can look at the pictures afterwards..

I have had a closer look at them..they are from Asia and looking at how they are made, I just cannot see how they would be watertight...
I would not use them at all, even on the surface...but I am fortunate enough to have the full kit and caboodle for diving photo's and so am abit funny like that
I will continue to investigate further for you!

here,,try this link for more information, this is from people who have tried and tested the bags...plenty of pro's and cons from them which you can use to make your own mind up.

Sounds like it should be ok for what you want....

My family gave me a Fuji WP digital camera last year for a landmark birthday. Not outrageously expensive, takes video as well, and is safe for snorkelling and on dry land. I never seemed to have much luck with the disposables and this works out cheaper in the long run. I'm really happy with it (and it does get used quite a lot!).
