you are just as well buying here..not many good bargains

We bought a camcorder from tenerife - and had no problems with it.

You just need to know what ur looking for otherwise they'll sell you something thats rubbish.

But i would buy one from the uk next time - not much difference.

I bought a camcorder in playa de ingles a few years back, nothing wrong with it still got it and use quite alot. I bought it using my visa (which never left my sight) When we arrived home i had a phone call from visa asking if i had bought FOUR camcorders while on holiday, i said no, only one!! so there was somthing a bit dodgy going on .Anyway it was all sorted out by visa and i never had any come back . this is only MY expereince and not suggesting all dealers are like that, but i would say be carefull, keep all receipts, address of shop etc
