I heard this little "gem" this week!

We were in The Talk Of The Coast listening to our friend Neil Ross sing. He is well known in Blackpool having sung there many times over the years. A Chap and his Wife were sat opposite us, and they told me they were from Blackpool and had seen Neil there many times. So i said to them, Well you will know the next act very well too, because its the Blackpool Comedian Billy Fontayne, who performed there for many, many years. In fact they call him, Mr Blackpool on the advertising boards. He and his wife looked a bit puzzled and could'nt really recall him, so i went through a list of all the places in Blackpool he's played at, but they still could'nt place him, and asked if he had changed his name. (Believe it or not i'm condensing this, because it went on for some time!). I said no he's always used that name, but dont worry i'm sure you'll soon recognise him when he comes on stage next. The chap then lent back in his chair, put his finger in the air in acknowledgement and said..." Yep I think i know who you mean now....is it that Chap that Died last Month !!!!!!!"...........I had to dash off to the toilet at that point, i was nearly wetting myself. Then when i got back, he tapped me on the arm and said " Is he any good because we dont like Comedians !!!!!".......I had to finish my drink outside!!
