and this one was the final straw-
7. Samantha was so distraught that they didn't have the £2 sachet that she has now sent a video message apologising . At this point i started crying with laughter and am thinking I should take her up on her invitation to video message her back. Perhaps they need to realise that its good for a new company to be keen but without resorting to harrassment
