Used to visit on some weekends, just for one night. The hotel is clean, pleasant to stay in, and in a very convenient spot for the city centre, train station, etc. The trouble really is just with the superior or surly staff. They seem to think we should feel privileged to be staying with them. They are also quite difficult to understand, as most of them are from Spain, and have strong accents. The food is horrendously expensive, we have heard, but have never tried it.
