The Bristol central Travelodge is your typical travelodge. Situated about 15 mins from town, and about 5 mins from the Waterfront development with shops, pubs, museums.
The hotel is on a main road so can be a lot of noise from constant passing traffic (you are warned of this on booking) there is also a big building site opposite the hotel so dont expect a scenic view!
Rooms are comfy with usual double bed, tv, kettle, power shower. The first room i booked had faulty lighting so they moved me to another one, no problems.
This lodge had a small bar, the till broke so as i had no change i got free drinks! Breakfast is served there too
