We found the Miami hotel very good value for money we had a family room which had excellent views couldn't ask for better.
The choice of food was in my opinion very good, even the children ate it the only down side was queueing up at meal times but we soon realised it was better to go to meals early to avoid the queues.

We travelled to the Hotel Miami last August and were very impressed. It was clean and welcoming, and although the room was a bit tight for 4 of us it was adequate. My main grumble was the pool. With only three depths, very shallow, 4ft and deep. My youngest could only just manage to stand in the middle pool, but the toddler pool was too shallow for a 7 year old.We will look forward to returning to the hotel when he has grown a bit and more confident with his swimming.

After staying in hotel Miami for 10 nights we can definitely say it was the best holiday we have ever been to.
I would definitely reccomend it and will be going again there is something for everybody.

The Hotel Miami is now by comparison very dated and could do with a refurbishment although spotlessly clean and not lacking in facilities.

Just returned from the Miami and have already booked for next year.
Hotel in excellent location just a few steps from the beach.
Rooms are fine and are cleaned daily.
The only minor complaints are that during peak season the pool area is quite small and is very crowed but being right on the beach this did not bother us. Secondly, if you go for breakfast after 9.30 you will have a problem finding a clean table.
But overall, an excellent holiday had by all.

Hotel Miami!!! Brilliant. Staff absolutely wonderful. Our daughter had an occasion of sleepwalking and the night porter, Klaus was so good with her. I can't imagine what would have happened if he hadn't seen her.
Food was a bit repetitive but there was never a time when you could'nt eat something on the menu.
Rooms were a bit cramped but considering the fact you only sleep there, it wasn't a major problem.
The pool area was a little bit cramped but it was more of a problem trying to get a sunbed without a towel on!!!
The public relations lady came around at one point and threw anybody's towel off who obviously had not been there all the morning!!!
We are planning to book again for the half term holidays and also for august next year.

Perfect location two steps down to beach from the pool.
Three pool depths ,toddlers splash,4ft section and 6ft section.Lots of activities during the day to keep mams and dads and kids happy.Volley ball,archery,waterpolo etc.The rooms cleaned daily and towels changed daily if required.
Two doubles in our room lovely view over the bay (room 557)card for the air conditioning we left this in constantly as ours was seperate from room key.We heard a few moans about the nightime entertainment ,I enjoyed it and at the end of the day if the kids are happy were happy.
There was a majician,flamencos,african dancers a couple of games of bingo. I would say it was for families so if thats what you are looking for get it booked now!
Id gladly get the next flight out - wonderful holiday.

Two times a year we've stay in this hotel and that for 5 years. I think it says enough.

We have just arrived back from a last minute booking to the Miami Apartments. The location of the Hotel/appts is perfect, right on the sandy beach. Unfortunately the beach was littered making the sea quite uninviting. (Once past the immediate shore line the water was good.)
As apartment guests we were free to use the hotel facilities. I would agree that the hotel is very large for the size of pool. The apartments have their own pool and this is no where near as crowded. This appears to have been recognised by hotel guests who were using the apt pool in preference to their own. This obviously put considerable pressure on sunbed availability. The hotel staff could help this problem by removing towels placed on beds overnight ! (Midnight on the worse case days and there were 20+ beds with towel on them, crazy !) The
poolside/water quality could have been slightly cleaner too.
On the subject of hotel staff, we were a little disappointed. The maids were fine, but there was no lifeguard at the appt pool and the antics of some unsupervised children promised a very nasty
accident while proving to be quite annoying for the younger children in the pool and any adults
wishing to just chill out by the pool.
The tone of this may sound negative. The truth was we had a good holiday. The appt rooms are adequate with Air Con (free, which makes a nice change), TV (Sky News and BBC World News), microwave, toaster, hair dryer, regular linen and towel changes...
The Miami complex is well positioned with any problems with pool sizes more than compensated with by the beach location.

We have just returned from Hotel Miami on 7/09/2004 we had a brilliant holiday and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Hotel is right on the beach
Aanimation team had activities all day long, water polo,volleyball,darts,archery, etc and plenty to do for young children.
Evening entertainment was by the pool and they worked hard to make sure everyone had a good time, we saw some really good shows.
Breakfasts were great just about anything you could imagine was available for breakfast,plenty to choose from at other meals.
At times it was hard getting a sunbed but it was no great hardship with the beach so close.
