Lovely hotel, clean, well maintained. Nice Food pleanty of choice plus theme nights and show cooking.

Entertainment team were excellent Karin, Kai, Chris, Tobi and Steph. All worked really hard to ensure everyone had a good time.

Rooms A little small for 3 people but modern enough and very clean. Majority of staff very nice.

excellent location

we upgraded to all inclusive when we arrived our 13 year old daughter was classed as an adult which was a bit much.
hotel very clean and well maintained, maids in room every day cleaning and making beds and fresh towels.
hotel food very good as always something there for all to eat as some fussy eaters.
hotel location excellent a side gate takes you straight on the beach and only a 2min walk to pubs, shops etc.
hotel staff ok, but bar staff disgraceful for this reason will never return to this hotel there attitude was terrible and spoilt our holiday at finish refused to go to bar and went elsewhere even though we were all inclusive. drinks were terrible always like syrup with no fizz to the pops/mixers, worst all inclusive bar i have ever seen and would never had paid prices if half board.
entertainment very good for kids and adults.

Have just returned from Miami. Can only describe it as 'Butlins in the sun'. Not a fan of AI as it is, but with children thought it would be easier.

Hotel ok. Rooms cramped, not enough room to all get ready together. The beds and towels nice and clean, but the room wasn't spotless. Need to be up at 6 if you want decent sun beds, which are all jammed in like battery hens.

Pool was fine, though got covered in stuff falling from trees above. On all inclusives we would expect kids food (burgers pizza chips etc) to be served throughout the day which it wasn't unless you paid for them. Have to show a stupid paper card each time you get served with your family photo on, which needed replacing three times as it got wet or lost. Bands would be a better idea.

Food is edible though never really loved any of it, had to eat out a couple of nights (only there a week). Our weather was lovely and the kids all enjoyed it so all in all did have a lovely time just wouldn't go there again.

Been to this hotel several years ago and since then it has partially been refurbished to a very good standard - the bathrooms were the biggest improvement.

Very clean - maids changed towels daily and really gave the room a good going over daily.

Food - excellent choice at each meal, we could always get several things we liked.

Hotel location - fab position right next to beach.

A nightmare trying to get a pool bed - even at 9.30am, as all covered in towels - I complained to reception, who despite being sympathetic, wrote it in the complaints book and said the Manager read it daily. I asked if they could possibly remove the towels and she was horrified, I suggested I could move the towels and she nearly had a corony! She said I would cause a huge amount of agro, so I gave in and we went to the beach instead!

Some of the staff were very nice, especially in the dining room, but the bar staff (who I must add seemed to work all the hours under the sun) very rarely smiled, looked very bored/tired and seemed to hate tourists - especially the ones who were all inclusive, which anoyed me as we werent drinking the place dry or abusing the all inclusive deal, anything but.

Entertainment - didnt see a lot of it, but heard it at night, went off about 11.30pm and there always was huge applause!

It was a very good 3 star hotel and I think we would return but although the hotel has had a refurb, the staff appeared tired and didnt like us - the pool issue needs to get sorted too before I return.

We have just returned from the Miami hotel had a fantastic time would definitely go back. Kids loved it especially the crazy kids disco. Food was very good for a 3 star hotel theme nights twice a week e.g. Chinese Mexican Italian. Entertainment staff brilliant especially Karin she is a natural entertainer.

Rooms compact but very clean. I would def
return to this hotel.

What can I say. If you are looking for a great family holiday then this is the place for you.

The entertainment team and kids club were excellent.I cannot praise Raquel,Tobi and Boris enough. Our 2 children aged 9 & 6 loved them.

The hotel itself is spotless and the maid service was brilliant. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly with only a couple of staff at the pool bar letting the place down.

The food was first class.Yes it can become repetitive, but only if you pile everything on your plate every day. If you stick to a couple of things each meal then you won't have this problem. The Italian,Mexican and Chinese themed nights also offered a nice alternative.

The location of this hotel is second to none.Down a couple of stairs from the pool and you are right on the beach with access to all the water sports you could wish for.

In closing, unless you are looking for a holiday at the Savoy then this is the place for you.Not everything will be to everybody's liking but there was more than enough for us to recommend this place to anyone with children looking for a first class family holiday.

If you do go take the boat to Santa Eularia for shopping and the mini train trip both were well worth the money.

We were moved from Hotel Hawaii, San Antonio to this hotel because of overbooking.

Excellent childrens entertainment. very friendly staff, allowing themselves to be pushed into the pool on a daily basis after dancing round singing if you are happy on vacation clap your hands every morning!

Shows were ok, what you would expect from hotel entertainment, bad bingo in 500 languages followed by the usual parrot shows, magic shows, dancers, singers, quizes etc, they were ok.

Did not take too long to get served at the bar. You can get San Miguel beer on All inclusive for no extra charge, also childrens cocktails, chocolate milkshake, hot chocolate, alchoholic cocktails etc.

Food was edible. I am really fussy eater and I think there were only 2 occassions (at luchtime) when i could not find anything to eat. SPoolside snacks are not all inclusive (as they had been in previous years) portion of chips 1.5 euro, burger and chips 3.5 euro. drinks were expensive if you were not all inclusive 1.5 euro for a small plastic glass and if you had ice in it, it was only half full. it is worth going to the supermarket next door to buy drinks.

Swimming pool was huge but there was still the usual rush of people wanting a sunbed at the crack of dawn. Better to get them on the terrace as there is more room. Sunbeds are pushed right next to each other and there is no room either side.

There are 3 swimming pools adjoining, a toddler pool which you cannot swing a cat in, the middle pool which was not really much bigger and it was quite deep for a childs pool. i am 5ft 4 and it came up to my chest. the big pool is massive and you are allowed inflateables BUT be careful as it is about 7ft deep all the way round. there are no shallow bits it is just one depth. my hubby is 6ft2 and he could not stand. It is very difficult when you have children and they are trying to hang on to you and you cannot stand. I would say i was a very strong swimmer but I couldnt keep the kids up for long. they had to wear armbands all the time (even my oldest who is quite a good swimmer) not very cool but necessary.

Sometimes there were big queues at the restaurant but they were quick and efficient and most of the staff were really nice and helpful. Although at peak times you did sometimes have to wait for food to be replenished but after all it is a big hotel. Breakfast time plenty to eat sausage, bacon, fried, scrambled and boiled eggs, pancakes, hash browns, beans, tomato etc. trying to get toast was an ordeal. toasters are useless and there are always big queues.

Football court and small park right next to the pool to keep the kids entertained (great as it is shaded most of the day.

Accomodation: rooms are nice and quite modern. They have 2 single beds together and then another one in the corner (you cannot put three beds together as there is shelving attached to the walls so you cant move the beds. There are about 12 fixed hangers in the wardrobe and 4 or 5 small drawers. Bathrooms are nice and modern. If you book 2 rooms make sure you get 2 rooms as the hotel class a 5 bedded room with a seperate bedroom as 2 rooms which could mean you end up spending a fortnights holiday with your inlaws! A family I met booked 2 rooms consisting of 1 room for grandma and grandad the other for mam, dad and child. They ended up sharing one hotel room (which has one key with one exit!) which had 2 beds in the living room and a bedroom with three beds in. To me this is a family room ideal for 2 adults and 3 children not 4 adults and 1 child! To them, they class this as 2 separate rooms even though there is only 1 key?!.

Hotel right on the beach.

We found the hotel very child friendly with great access to the beach.

However when we were there, somebody had their belongings stolen from their loungers from Spanish people who came into the resort.

Other than that is was an excellent family holiday and we will definitely go again.

This hotel Miami, Es Cana, Ibiza is great for families. Not a great deal to do for older teenagers but great for ages 2 to 13.

The food was excellent and a good variety each night.

The entertainment we saw OK, but there is plenty of evening entertainment outside the hotel which we tended to go to and found more enjoyable for our family.

The hotel rooms would be ok for 2/3 people but are a bit of a squeeze for 4, but then again you only use these for sleeping in so no problem there.

Didn't have a problem with the sun loungers. Always found one or two scattered about or used chairs. The pool is rather deep but again not a problem with older children who can swim. The smaller pool being just right for smaller children.

The hotel staff are very friendly and the hotel itself is kept very clean.

All in all a very enjoyable, relaxing holiday. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and resort.

We stayed high season at this hotel and was recommended it by friends and family. I was so glad that we went.

The staff work long hours but they always had a smile on their faces and always had a laugh.

What every other review does not mention is the hotel run kids club. Yes I know we went as a family for a holiday but what a kids club it ran from 10.30 till 12.30 and then 3.00 till 4.30 and then they had a children's disco at night.

We never saw our son for most of the day. The entertainment staff were pushed in the pool twice a day but they always had a laugh and a smile.

Chris and Raquel are a credit to this hotel our son cried on our last day when he was saying bye to Chris. Raquel we had met when we went to hotel Hawaii in San Antonio 4 years ago.

The food is what you expect from a 3 star hotel. Yes if you got to dinner after 8.30 you did have to queue for a table but the hotel is busy.

And when everyone says that the food was cold the only cold thing that I ever ate was the salad or the crepes in the morning were cold. They have a separate childrens buffet section which was OK, some of the things my son would not eat but it was OK.

The hotel was clean and well presented and I would visit it again, maid service everyday.

As for the location of the hotel it is right on the beach so if you can't get a sun lounger round the packed pool there are plenty on the beach but you do have to pay for them and the parasols.

The drinks at the hotel are expensive and they are packed with ice it's 1.70 euro's for a diet coke and it's only half a glass when you remove the coke so go to the spar round the corner and pay the same for a 2 liter bottle.
