Es Cana is a compact resort which had a good atmosphere without being "in your face" There are a good selection of bars and restraunts to suit all tastes and budgets.
There are showbars and a disco plus a couple of small fairgrounds, in my opinion a good all round family resort.
The beach is a nice curve of sand with plenty of sunbeds, toilet facilities and the usual banana boats pedalos etc.
A lot of the bars back onto the beach which is nice.
We visited a number of resorts on the island during our stay and would definately return to Es Cana.

Thought Es Cana was a beautiful town. Felt very safe all of the time.
Found the streets and beach to be very clean.
There are lots of nice bars, with and without entertainment.
Lots of water sports to do on the beach and a fair to keep the kids happy.
Will definitely be returning and taking a few more members of the family along too.

ES CANA IS A LOVELY PLACE TO VISIT! GO SEE JAN IN APACHE BAR OPPESITE THE CAB RANK AND TELL HER GARETH SED HI!!

Lovely resort, very friendly, nice bars to chill and watch the world go bar on the sea front, little harbour where you can go on the boat trips, family and couples resort, felt very safe there, not once did i see anyone trying to sell you anything which was a nice change, will definatley return there, enjoyed the ride on the little train that will take you off into the country, or the beaches, or a night ride.

The resort was very clean although the entertainment wasnt all that my younger brother and sister didnt really pay attention to the entertainment so instead we would take a walk down the beach. The beach was very clean and there were loads of water sports and cafes on the beach. I would definatly visit this resort again

Es Cana is a great resort for a family holiday. It's safe and there is plenty to do. There's a small funfair for children and a lovely little harbour. Try the seafront walk along the beach and round the headland to the Cala Nova. The views are fantastic.

small, friendly, clean , not too noisey, buses terminus to any were on island, beach side bars, walks along prom. visit and enjoy

Nice little Town, quiet in day but comes alive at night. Beaches a bit small hard to get a space or sunbed.
Water sports expensive, 55 euros for 15 mins jet-ski for example. Short ferries expensive too. (were 5 of us)
You have Santa Eulalia a short Bus ride (1.30 euros) or a taxi (8 euros) for a more varied selection of clubs and bars etc.

The resort of Es Cana is lovely, not alot to do at night, with just a handful of bars it can become a little repetative, I would visit again, next time I would try self catering as the resort has some lovely looking restaurants that I would like to try.

Absolutely fantastic resort, spotlessly clean and family friendly, not too noisy, just the right ambience. Es Canar has got to be one of the best places on Ibiza.
