This was the first time at the resort and as a rating out of 10 it has to be 11.People did have complaints about the lifts, but as we didn t have prams or very small children it did nt bother us, and we were on the seventh of eight floors. we have just booked to go back next year with a group of friends who have families, and we can t wait. once the entertainment moved outside it was absolutely brilliant. we can definitely recommend this holiday to families. some people complained that there was nothing to do out of the hotel, but as the holiday was all-inclusive you did nt need to go out of the hotel!!!

the place is so clean, we did nt see any bugs at all. the cleaners were meticulous and came in every day. the waiters on the bars were always well-mannered and were quick at serving so you never had to queue.
cant wait to go back, in fact were counting down the days

San miguel hotel and club was very clean and extremely good fun.It was our best holiday so far.

Stayed in San Miguel beach club.The hotel staff were exceptional beyond words.Our 2 year old daughter has Coeliacs disease(gluten/wheat intolerence)I rang the hotel prior to our stay and receptionist Sonia(who spoke fluent english)was very helpful regarding our special dietary requirements.She even asked me to fax her some details about Coeliacs so she could learn about it and explain to her staff!The manager of the beach club restaurant was very helpful and treated our daughter like royalty.They even cooked our own gluten-free pasta,pizza bases and bread for her upon request.
The entertainment was top class for all ages.Unlimited ice-cream,popcorn,ice-lollies for the kids with no time limit as you find in most resorts.Definately going back again.5+++ star!

San miguel was our best ever holiday, we have been back twice and are going again this year.
There was entertainment all day long (and all night, until 12:30). The reps and entertainers were brilliant, especially zorro, monica and ollie.
The food was lovely, especially the cheese toastys at midnight.
The staff are very friendly and the cleanleness of all the hotel is brilliant. The pool and beach were good aswell, there was so many activities to do in the sea, my favourite thing is the banana boat.
Even though the hotel is situated in between mountains and hills, san miguel hotel was still very load and fun. The people their are so friendly, and if you want a good sunbed near the pool, get up early.
There is a water park near by and that is very good aswell, but the hotel is so good that you wont want to leave the it. If you are a family and you want your kids to have a good time, i advise you very much to go there.
