Not much near the hotel but walk down the road to main bit for a variety of bars/shops etc. resort aimed at families.
Beach very nice - on small side, sun loungers set out like sardines.
Didn’t rate the JMC/Thomas Cook rep- she seemed like she was under the influence most the time (when there!).
Probably wouldn’t go back because we like to travel and see various places.

The resort of Calas De Mallorca is very picturesque and as the meaning in guide books says it means many coves, this is true and you have to do a lot of climbing/walking to get anywhere.

Calas de Mallorca resort clean but many things left "unfinished".
Shop owners swept outside of shops every day didn't see much litter about. Plenty of shops, but all sold same things didnt try outside food/bars as hotel supplied that plenty of bars/cafes if needed.
Beach was excellent cleaned every night. Safe and small lifeguard on duty every day.

The resort was excellent, but the cleaniness was let down 1 star because there were hole's in the floors and walls.
Yes i would love 2 visit Hotel Samoa and Calls de mallorca.
the shop keepers swepted own floors every morning.
Only let down every shop sold the same.

this is a man made resort just for tourism this resort has every thing you need shops ,bars,restuarants,small funfair ,small tourist train going round the resort, if you want to do any trips you can book at a lot of places or hire a car or motorbike or a push bike . you can go on a glass bottom boat which will take you upthe coast there are two beaches and the quaility is excellent the water is crystal clear. yes we woyld visit this resort again it had everything my family needed

The resort was small, very clean with plenty of resteraunts, bars and shops selling the usual holiday tack! Quite expensive though, similar to home, if not dearer.
Plenty of live entertainment in the pubs in the town. Don't think it would be very suitable for tean agers and young couples though. It's definately a family resort more suited for younger children .
We only visited the beach once. it is very small and down lots and lots and lots of stone steps.Dont try it if you have dodgy leg!! It was clean though, but the walk back up the lots and lots and lots of steps on a baking hot day, with no breeze is a bit of a killer, and we are fit!!!

The resort was clean and the swimming pools were fantastic for the children. That is the only thing I could say. The beach was nice but very small and the sea had a strong current and the waves weren't friendly!!

This resort is fine for a week, after that you have more or less seen and done it all as it's pretty small. Pizza Dalfill is the best of the restaurants bar majorca is also good. For a relaxing drink with good music you should try bar polinesi with it's wonderful cocktails served in thier own special glasses.
Plenty for the kids but again week 2 is same old same old. We felt very safe here and it's a nice place

cala de mallorca is a small friendly resort, there are a number of shops and bars in town, the beach is set in a cove and is clean and tidy. the sea is warm with little fish swimming round your feet the kids loved it while feeding the fish bread, the sea is quite shallow to walk outin. well worth a visit if you want a family break away.

Very clean,very relaxed with not really a lot to do,although there is a limited amount to do for chidren.
